1. Frame splicing
Assembling the outer frame of the LED display screen means splicing the cut profiles together. Common profiles on the market are mainly square and round, but the assembly method is the same.
2. Fixed unit board
(1) Place the unit board in the frame (pay attention to the front and back of the frame, the grooved side is the front). At this time, the position of the back strip must be installed quite accurately, otherwise it will have to be reinstalled from scratch.
(2) After the back strip is fixed, the frame can be removed and the magnets can be installed.
(3) After the magnets are installed, close the frame and let the magnets and backing bars hold the unit board. The fixing of the unit board is completed.

When wiring the power supply to the unit board, pay attention to the positive and negative poles. It is recommended to use SVV2*1.0 soft core wire, which is 1 square meter double-stranded soft core wire.

1. Install lightning protection measures for buildings and screens
In order to protect the display screen from strong electromagnetic attacks caused by lightning, the screen body and outer packaging protective layer of the display screen must be kept grounded, and the resistance of the grounded line should be less than 3 ohms, so that the current caused by lightning can be discharged in time. drained from the ground wire.
2. Waterproof, dustproof and moisture-proof measures for the entire screen
Seamless connections must be made at the connection between the box and the box, as well as the connection between the screen and the force-bearing installation object, to avoid leakage and moisture. There must be good drainage and ventilation measures inside the screen so that if water accumulates inside, it can be dealt with promptly.
3. Regarding the selection of circuit chips
In the northeastern part of our country, the temperature in winter can generally reach minus ten degrees. Therefore, when choosing a circuit chip, you must choose an industrial-grade chip with an operating temperature of minus 40 degrees Celsius to 80 degrees Celsius to avoid problems caused by excessive temperatures. Low causes the display to fail to start.
4. Ventilation measures must be taken inside the screen
When the screen is powered on and running, it will generate a certain amount of heat. If this heat is not discharged and accumulates to a certain extent, it will cause the internal environment temperature to be too high, which will affect the work of the integrated circuit, and in severe cases, it may cause burnout. The display won’t work. Therefore, ventilation and heat dissipation measures must be taken inside the screen to keep the temperature of the internal environment between minus 10 degrees and 40 degrees.
